Yoga & Pilates at the Y

The Jamestown Area YMCA brings you a unique combination of Yoga and Pilates through their program, Balance & Flex Together. This 60 minute mind-body workout incorporates yoga and Pilates fundamentals with athletic training, for balance, flexibility, mobility, and the core. You will breathe and sweat through this full body fitness journey with motivating and inspiring music.
