Looking for a fun and effective way to improve your strength, flexibility, and overall wellness? The YMCA has you covered!

Pilates is now offered every Thursday from 10:00–11:00 AM. Pilates is a low-impact exercise program that focuses on strengthening your core muscles while improving posture, balance, flexibility, and body awareness. Through controlled movements and mindful breathing, Pilates helps build long, lean muscles, reduce stress on joints, and improve everyday movement. It's a great option for all fitness levels and can help enhance athletic performance, prevent injuries, and support overall well-being.
