Battle of the Businesses 2026

Think your team has what it takes?

The Jamestown Area YMCA is bringing back one of the most anticipated community events of the year — the 38th Annual Battle of the Businesses, happening September 12–19, 2026.

This isn’t just a competition…
It’s a week-long showdown of teamwork, energy, and community pride where local businesses go head-to-head for bragging rights and the coveted Jamestown Corporate Cup.

What is Battle of the Businesses?

It’s where your workplace becomes your team.

For one unforgettable week, employees step out of the office and into the action — competing in a mix of athletic, social, and just plain fun events designed for all skill levels.

From softball and volleyball to trivia, cornhole, and Pictionary, there’s something for everyone. Check out a list of events here

And it all builds up to a high-energy finale where champions are crowned, and memories are made.
