Moving for Better Balance:

A Falls Prevention program that incorporates “swing and Sway” based Tai Chi movements for better balance amongst many other benefits. Advance registration is required for this consecutive course.

Members: FREE

Potential members: $115.20 for 12 week session

 

Blood Pressure Self-Monitoring (BPSM): 

This program helps adults with hypertension achieve the goal of lowering and managing their blood pressure. During this four-month program participants will learn how to measure and record their blood pressure, attend two 10-min consultations per month, and attend monthly nutrition seminars to develop healthier eating habits.

Active Living Classes:

Add on activity to your life, have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of motion, and more to assist you in daily living.

Members: FREE

SilverSneakers® Circuit:

The SilverSneakers Circuit workout offers standing, low-impact choreography alternated with standing upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a SilverSneakers ball. A chair is available for standing support.

Members: FREE

SilverSneakers® Classic:

This workout includes fall prevention drills and exercises to improve strength and endurance. A chair, handheld weights, and tubing are provided.

Members: FREE

Senior Spin:

Spinning is for all ages, and provides heart-rate training through low impact movements. Join this community and spin together to improved fitness.
