Little Tykes
Child with Parent Gymnastics
Ages Walking - 2 Years Old
This 30-minute class offers developmentally appropriate parent-and-child activities designed to enhance gross and fine motor development while strengthening the parent-child relationship. Children will explore movement and coordination through fun activities with parachutes, beams, trampolines, and more in a safe, engaging environment.
Tiny Tumblers
Child with 1-Parent Supervision
Ages 3-5
This 45-minute class focuses on developing gross motor skills, flexibility, balance, and coordination in a fun and encouraging setting. Participants will have the opportunity to work on bars, beams, floor skills, and other introductory gymnastics techniques while building confidence and having fun.
FOUNDATION
Designed for gymnasts ready to build on the basics while improving strength, body control, flexibility, and skill progression.
Beginners
No Parent Supervision
Ages 5+
This 1-hour class is designed for students with little to no gymnastics experience through low-intermediate skill levels. Participants will develop foundational gymnastics skills while building strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, and confidence.
Gymnasts will be introduced to the four Olympic events:
- Vault
- Bars
- Beam
- Floor
Classes are structured to encourage skill progression in a positive, supportive, and fun environment.
Boys
No Parent Supervision
Ages 6+
This 45-minute class introduces boys to the exciting world of gymnastics through a combination of traditional gymnastics skills and parkour-style movement. Participants will build strength, agility, coordination, and confidence through activities that include running, climbing, obstacle courses, and introductory flipping skills.
This high-energy class provides a fun and active environment while helping athletes improve body control, athleticism, and overall fitness.
CORE
Advanced skill development for athletes looking to continue progressing in technique, conditioning, and overall performance.
Intermediate
No Parent Supervision
This class meets for 1 hour and 15 minutes per week and is designed for students who have learned beginner-level skills and are now working toward mastering them before advancing to the Level 1 Team program.
Athletes will continue developing strength, flexibility, technique, and confidence while refining skills on vault, bars, beam, and floor.
Coach approval is required prior to registration.
Advanced
No Parent Supervision
This 1.5-hour weekly class is designed for students who have mastered beginner and intermediate skills and wish to continue advancing their gymnastics abilities without participating on the competitive team.
Gymnasts will focus on higher-level skill progression, conditioning, flexibility, and technique development in a challenging yet supportive environment.
Coach approval is required prior to registration.
