Saving lives, guarding the water

Pool Lifeguard Certification Class: 

This program combines classroom and pool time to train and certify students in the new ARC Lifeguarding r24.    Upon successful completion students will be certified in; Lifeguarding, CPR-Pro, First Aid and AED.  Students must pass pre-test to take the class and pass all written and water skills to be certified.  

Pre-test:

• Jump in pool, resurface, swim 150 yards using proper breaststroke and/or front crawl, tread water 2 minutes legs only then swim 50 yards with proper crawl and/or breast.
• Swim 60 ft. recover 10 lb. object from bottom and return 60 ft. with the object.
