Ages: 5 to 12 years
The Jamestown YMCA offers 9 weeks of summer day camp with Discovery (ages 5 to 7 years) and Chautau (ages 8 to 12 years) from 9 to 5 p.m. with early drop off at 7:30 a.m. and late pick up at 5:30 p.m. Day camp ratio is 10 children to 1 staff member. Each week features a variety of themed based activities that may include sports, nutrition, arts and crafts, cooking, swimming, outdoor activties, literature, drama, and exciting trips.

Jamestown YMCA Summer Day Camp Brochure 2013
Ages: 5 to 15 years
Blackbelts Christina Kebort (7th degree) at the Jamestown YMCA and Gaffar Adams Karate Academy at the Lakewood YMCA instruct this ancient art of self-defense. Students learn karate through a colored belt system which develops physical defense and encourages the formation of high personal standards and respect for others.

Y Kids is the place to be for your 5-12 year old on days when there is no school! We provide tons of interactivew, challenging activities with cool themes, great trips, and top-notch supervision in a fun atomsphere. Children should bring a lunch, a morning and afternoon snack, swim suit, towel, gym shoes, and refillable water bottle. See schedule for days and times.

Our Family Nights feature a variety of interactive and fun activities for the entire family all evening long. Everyone is sure to have a great time and learn healthy habits to take home and use on your own. Family Nights are the first and third Friday each month from 6:30 to 9 p.m. from September to May.
