Moving For Better Balance

Ages:  Adults

Increase your strength and mobility while you improve your self-confidence and make new friends.  Moving for Better Balance is a 12-week falls prevention program based on the gentle, flowing movements of Tai Chi.  It is designed to help adults 60 years and older improve their balance and maintain their independence longer.

Session:  Sep.2 – Dec 13 (pre-registration required)

Jamestown YMCA:
Tuesday & Thursdays 10:00 – 11:00 am

Lakewood YMCA –
Tuesdays & Thursdays 8:00 – 9:00 am

Attire:  Loose, comfortable clothing and gym shoes are recommended
Members:  Free
Potential Members: $96 (per 12-week session)
