Join the Zero Gain Campaign!

Don't binge  and then bulge this season...join the 3rd Annual Zero Gain campaign!  The Zero Gain Campaign is a simple, fun way to start the new year feeling great.  Weigh-in before Thanksgiving; weigh-out after New Year's.

• Only $5 to register!
  

• Register at the Jamestown or Lakewood YMCA starting Monday, October 29.

Mmmm...Big family holiday get together with all of your favorite foods…pecan pie or pumpkin?  Boxes of bright ribbon candy and holiday chocolates!  Holiday parties with tempting appetizers...dips, cheese, and crackers!

Weigh-in before Thanksgiving during November 19 - 21, 2007.  Go to the Jamestown or Lakewood YMCA during these dates for your initial weigh-in.

Weigh-out after New Year's during January 2 - 4, 2008.  Return back to the same YMCA you weighed-in at to use the same scale.  Complete your weigh-in during the above dates.

Only $40 for a YMCA Membership during November 19, 2007 - January 4, 2008!

A Zero Gain membership, will you give you access to both the Jamestown and Lakewood YMCAs.
